The assignment is to a response to defendant Motion for Summary Disposition.

Recall: your goal is a persuasive response. Highlight all the evidence which supports your clients claim for injury. You must address and counter each of defendant's arguments. You must tie the Law to the FACTS- explaining why your client meets the "injury threshold". You must discuss the standard Courts apply in deciding a Motion for Summary disposition and why defendant has failed to meet that standard.
