Facts: Your boss, Harry Winn, Missouri Bar #11111, of the Law Firm of WE ALWAYS WIN P.C., 1234 Main Street, Clayton, Missouri 63105, wegetmoneylaw.com, has just given you the following Assignment. A lawsuit was filed last week, Cause No. 56723, by Sandra J. Jones against Ralph Russell, his new client, for a Negligence cause of action arising out of an automobile collision in which Sandra claims that Ralph rear-ended her when he was driving on St. Charles Rock Road as she was sitting in traffic waiting to make a left turn in October of 2023. Sandra claims she suffered multiple physical injuries and her car was totaled as Ralph was not paying attention.
