Motivation for a junior employee to shadow at another department in order for him to complete his Portfolio of evidence. please assist with the body motivation, English language, Grammar and professional writing.

Mr. Slammer has requested that he be granted permission to shadow course running at the City Fire and Rescue Academy. He has spoken to one of the instructors at the Academy, and he was advised that he should have the formal request initiated by the Chief to their chief for this to be possible. Has the desire to complete his Portfolio of Evidence which has been outstanding for years up to now, and from training office we support this request and wish and trust the Chief Officer will feel the same.

This request or the permission to be granted here will mean huge for the member himself and the department.

On completion of this shadowing by Mr. Slammer, will guarantee him to be granted his instructor certificate which will enable him to assist in the training section.

Mr. Slammer is an outstanding firefighter and so far, what I have observed he has a great interest in training and when permitted to get this time to shadow at the City Fire and Rescue service will set him a step ahead. He has the skills, knowledge and the abilities that will make him a great instructor, he showed interest in training and is more capable, I am confident that he will be valuable asset to the department.
