Motivation is the measure of a person's eagerness to exercise effort to complete a goal. Motivation can come from within but can also be a product of a person's environment. As current/future leaders you will likely have to find ways to motivate employees to willingly complete certain tasks. With this in mind, I want to encourage you to consider this verse: Whatsoever ye do, work heartily, as unto the Lord, and not unto men; Colossians 3:23 In this verse we learn that the Spirit-filled Christian should thus consider that work as a service to the Lord. Please share with me and the class how you can apply this biblical wisdom to those with whom you lead? Is this something that only applies to the individual therefore only pertains to self-motivation or can this Christian concept be used to motivate others
