Mr. A made an agreement to deliver a car to Mr. B

"I will deliver BMW, MASERATI, FERRARI"

Then Mr. A decided to choose Ferari to deliver, but it was carnapped, not Mr. A's fault.

Question is:

Can Mr. B compel Mr. A to deliver the BMW, MASERATI?
