Mr Ali has asked Mr Hassan to construct a bridge and a documented contract was signed by both, in this contract the period for the work was mentioned which is 3 months. Later Mr Ali gave Mr Hassan some extra work and extended the time to 5 months. After an extensive delay, Mr Hassan was not able to complete the work in extended time. And after that Mr Hassan gave a bill of an overstated amount to Mr Ali and conflict arose among them.Afterwards, Mr Hassan filed a suit for the recovery of amount against Mr Ali.
