Mr. Anup and Mr. Vijay are working in a top IT company. Their boss has asked them to lead a team of ten people to conduct a marketing campaign for a newly developed mobile application. While interacting with the team, they noticed different temperaments and professional relationships with each other.

Mr Anup has always been a topper throughout his studies. An introvert, shy, hardworking and perseverant, he never had many friends. He considers himself to be superior than others and never hears anyones view point. For him success means high salary and he has been an achiever since his childhood.

Quite opposite, Mr Vijay has been an average achiever, lazy, had lots of friends because he helped all in need and was clear with the purpose of his life of Live and Let Live.
