Mr. Buck made the 3 hour drive to the SuperLaw legal office from Midnight, Mississippi (yes, there really is a town named Midnight located in Mississippi). He has been having issues with his neighbors. Mr. Buck has 40 acres of lands, and his neighbors' property surrounds his land. However, the neighbors' land is landlocked. These neighbors are now asking Mr. Buck can they gain access via an easement, but he doesn't even know what an easement is.

Mr. Buck wants to be properly advised before thinking about being neighborly and allowing the requested easement to be created.
