Homer knows very little about anything bu is always looking for easy ways to get rich. He barely grac elementary school. A BurnsU salesperson visits Homer at. ne and tells him that h can become just as rich as Mr. Burns. Homer is hesitant because he does not have much money. The salesperson convinces Homer to mortgage his home so he could pay for the courses. Without reading the contract, Homer signs a contract to take 5 courses for $50,000. He does not know that similar courses are offered by the local college for $500 per course

Homer pays the full amount upfront to Burns University. Homer takes one course and is very disappointed. Due to his limited education, he cannot follo or understand much of the material. As well, the instructor is Sideshow Bob who has n experience or training in investing. Homer demands his money back. (Not: Homer did not look at the Burns University website before deciding to enroll. Therefore, the statements in Part 3 are not relevant to Homer.)
