Mr$.$ Finch is a professor working at a local community college. In addition to his teaching responsibilities he also creates and maintains new curriculum for courses in his department. Recently he was asked to be on a committee focused on student campus involvement. That committee has been charged with improving student life on campus, including activities, social events, sports, etc. All of the committee's proposals, including any requested budget, must first be approved by both the Vice President of Student Affairs and the College President before they can be implemented.
