In the cause of negotiating the price, Mrs. Nandia asked Mr. Jembe the number of sheep that could be reared on the farm. Mr. Jembe replied, "I have not used the farm for sheep rearing but I think it can support 200 pigs. Mrs. Nandia bought the farm and immediately purchased 2,000 sheep to rear on it. However, the was unable to accommodation the sheep and now Mr. Nandia is aggrieved she intends to sue Mr. Njembe for misrepresentation. Advise Mrs. Nandia appropriately in reference to law of sale of goods.
