Mr. John Atkins has made a reservation on the 7th of January 2020, to stay at your Hotel in Istanbul -where you are the manager. He would be arriving on the 14th of April 2020 and stay for a week. He paid the whole amount of the stay which is 2.800 TL (400 TL/day + non-refundable) in advance. But on March 6 he contacted the Hotel and told, that he got too scared to travel and asked to cancel his stay with a full refund. His reasoning was the Covid19 outbreak.
