Upon opening the box 2 weeks later, he found out that the battery is already expired one year ago. He brought the battery where he purchased it requesting that it be replaced since it was already expired. The store manager refused because according to the Manager per company policy, the buyer has only 2 days to replace any purchases made irrespective of reasons.
