Mr. Lee Zledin is a system analyst of Advanced IT Service Firm. The firm has successfully engaged a local consumer electronics retailer, MElecQ, which sells a range of products including kitchen and home appliances, digital gadgets etc in their physical outlets. MElecQ would to have a Webstore system for online consumer electronics selling as part of the initiative to expand the business. Mr. Lee Zledin has been assigned the tasks by the firm to lead a project team consists of system designers and web programmers to develop the system based on traditional system development life cycle methodology. a) Based on the above scenario, prepare a baseline project plan (BPP) for the requirement planning of the Webstore system analysis and design with the template provided. The BPP shall recommend the suitable solution to the client based on the best estimate of the system description, scope and benefits with any FOUR (4) types of feasibility assessment.
