The bid of Mr. Pedro is P600 million, son-in-law P590 million; mother-in-law P594 million and the other private bidder at P 599 million. As to prequalification on capacity to construct, all the bidders are qualified. The local government of Makati did not know the relationship of X and Y to Mr. Duserce. Is the bidding rigged?

Then her daughter left for excursion forgetting she used her mother's phone to order food from Jollibee. The delivery boy came, bringing the food and demanding the payment. Mrs. Maria denied she ordered anything. The boy insisted, and threaten to file complaint in the barangay for breach of contract by not honoring the ordered food worth P600. Is ordering by phone considered a valid contract under the E-Commerce Act?
