Mr Richard Golder Accountant, has been approached by Joseph Martinesi, a sole trader builder under a business name "Joseph's Constructions" who is seeking advice in relation to engaging a carpenter, Robert McKee to work for his business.

Mr Martinesi has requested advice from Mr Golder as to whether he engage Robert McKee as a contractor rather than an employee to avoid all the necessities and obligations required if Mr McKee is an employee.
