Mr. Sundra offered Mr. Sam his house for RM500,000.00. Mr. Sam is interested with the offer but at the same time is interested with another house with a modern design within that vicinity. He decided to wait for some time and look around to see whether he can get a better offer.

Mr. Sundra was in need of money and when Mr. Sany offered to buy his house at RM480,000.00 instead of RM500,000.00, he agreed to it.

This news came to the knowledge of Mr. Sam from a third party who happens to be the valuer for Mr. Sany. Knowing that Mr. Sundra sold to someone else, Mr. Sam bought an action against Mr. Sundra on the basis that he never rejects the offer.
