Mr. Titong's land is adjacent to the land of Mr. Laurio. Mr. Titong filed an action

for quieting of title against Mr. Laurio alleging among others that Mr. Laurio, together

with his hired laborers, without legal justification, forcibly entered the southern portion

of his land and plowed the same. Moreover, Mr. Titong alleged that Mr. Laurio has caused

the survey of his property and has maliciously and fraudulently had his land included in

the land survey resulting to the increase of the boundaries of Mr. Laurio's land.
