Mr. Y is going to build his own house with total area of 300 square meters. He comes to a construction consulting company to ask for his house design and total budget preparation. Based on Mr. Ys requirements, the company gives him a guideline as follows: Firstly, to prepare for baseline budget, the house is broken down into individual components, namely Design, Basic construction, Electrical work, Water supply work and Furniture. Referring to the similar house, the shares of the above mentioned component cost in total baseline budget are 10%, 45%. 15%, 10% and 20%, respectively. Secondly, to cover all risks associated with the house construction project, a reserve budget is prepared. The reserves for Design, Basic construction, Electrical work, Water supply work and Furniture components are equal to 5%, 20%, 10%, 10% and 15% of their cost in the baseline budget, respectively. Finally, a management reserve which is equal to 5% of total baseline budget and reserve budget will be put on top to make the total project budget. You are required to help Mr. Y in calculating the total budget for his house if the standard unit cost of this house is 20 million VND per square meter
