Mr Yobesh died in May 2023 and his will makes the following bequests:

(a) To Brenda and Claire I leave my home in Mombasa;

(b) To Diana I leave shares in Big Money Limited to be held in trust, on terms of which she is aware.

The Will is dated 12th January 2023. The same day Mr Yobesh called Diana and asked her to be his trustee. He also told her the details of the trust were locked in a safe. Diana accepted. Two days before his death Yobesh met Brenda and said he had left his home in Mombasa to her but it was for the benefit of their love child, Z. Brenda broke down and cried and said nothing.
