One night he had a serious argument with his neighbor, in which he got angry, and went into his residence, retrieved one of his firearms, and shot his neighbor. His neighbor sustained serious injuries as a result of this incident. This was his first offense with a firearm, yet was convicted of Assault 1st with a firearm. He was sentenced to four years in prison. While in prison he did what was expected, and completed several programs pertaining anger management. He was released on parole, after serving a percentage.of this sentence.
