Mrs. Aisha has been working as an office manager at Smiles Inc. for ten years. She had a great professional record and was well liked by everyone at the company. She hoped to stay with the company until her retirement. However, one incident changed everything. One morning she was asked to schedule an internal workshop for the employees and invite an academic presenter to deliver it. As she was sending invitations and announcements, she accidently entered the wrong date in the email to the presenter. As the result, the academic presenter arrived to deliver the workshop on a wrong date. When the presenter arrived and explained she apologized multiple times for the mistake. The presenter got extremely angry and started screaming at Mrs. Aisha calling her "mindless", "out-of-her mind", and "stupid" in front of everyone. He made her cry. The presenter apologized to Mrs. Aisha via email for losing his temper earlier that day. Next morning Mrs. Aisha told all her colleagues about the incident calling the presenter "a crazy, mean, and angry guy." She also shared details about this incident on her Facebook and Instagram pages stressing the presenter's unprofessional behavior during his outburst in the office. In her posts she suggested that he has serious anger management problems that require a psychologist's help. Shortly after, Mrs. Aisha received a phone call from the local police department, which informed her that the presenter filed a criminal complaint against her. On what legal ground can the presenter sue Mrs. Aisha? Explain.
