Ms. Burns worked Monday to Friday from about 1pm - 8pm most weeks.  Ms. Hobbes gave the delivery addresses to Ms. Burns and instructions as to how to set up the food.  Ms. Burns had to invoice Ms. Hobbes every 2 weeks and she was paid in cash. No deductions such as income tax were taken off of Ms. Burn's biweekly pay.
