Mubin made an offer to Naim to sell his favourite piano for a price of RM1,000 even though the market price of the piano is RM10,000. Naim made an acceptance. Subsequently Mubin changed his mind in which he refused to honour the contract stating the contract is void on the ground that the price of the goods is too low.
