Much has been written about the inaccuracy of 2016 presidential polls.During the 2020 election, statisticians and pollsters made a concerted effort to correct for this inaccuracy by oversampling certain groups and weighting education. Even though the models predicted the winner (Biden), it was not the landslide victory that some had predicted.

Q: Based on material we covered in this class, what do you think contributed to the inaccuracy in the 2020 presidential polls? Note: I am looking for a thoughtful response that draws on what we have learned in this psychology statistics course.
