Multinational company leaders must establish high-performing teams, particularly during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. When the pandemic struck, many companies were forced to make the shift to a completely remote work environment. This shift was completely unprecedented for many companies and faced many challenges due to the lack of face-to-face interaction that could have resulted in some team dysfunction. And now more than ever these leaders needed to rise to the occasion and implement solutions to prevent any further team dysfunction. Some strategies that these leaders must implement to prevent team dysfunction is establishing clear communication and utilizing technology for virtual communication such as emails, zoom, Microsoft Teams. As a remote only workplace, you must have complete trust in your team that they will do their duties and responsibilities even when they are not in an office setting. Leaders should build trust by being a person their employees can talk to and rely on. In addition, regular check ins with the team and team building can build a better relationship and create that trust and clear communication. \"...it's essential that team members feel like they are being heard. I would disagree that organizations operating in a global competitive environment will not experience team dysfunction after the pandemic. The reason for this is because working with people some conflict always arises one way or another due to cultural differences, diversity, and/or miscommunication. And even more so after the pandemic because a lot of companies shifted back to in-office and this may not have transitioned as smoothly as going fully remote
