Musa is working as an officer at TNT Logistics Sdn Bhd in Kuching Sarawak. His duration of employment is from 1 August 2020 to 31 July 2021. His monthly wage is RM2,100. According to his contract, his normal working hours are Monday to Saturday, from 8am to 5pm. He is entitle to 10 days annual leave and 11 days public holiday. As his employment contract ending soon, he applied for annual leave but his application was rejected. In fact, since he joined the company all his applications for annual leave were rejected. In addition, he is required to work on all 11 days of public holidays. He is upset for not able to enjoy public holidays and annual leave as mentioned in his contract.
