Mutual Funds provide us the opportunity to diversify our investment, but there is a cost. ETFs also provide an opportunity to diversify but at a lower cost. Real Estate is a good investment... location , location, location is important however. But...... maybe a bad location now will be a goods location in the future, (Some Risk?)
