My applied statistics class has a couple of questions within the assignment I am unsure how to properly answer. It asks how the slope can help identify price changes (the slope being 135.46 or $13,546), and how the regression equation (y=135.46x + 164617) can help identify appropriate listing prices. I have attached the screenshot of the assignment that lists the price of the homes and their square footage as well as the scatter plot with the regression equation and trendline of the homes vs their square footage.
