my argument about this
The argument for Manufacturing Corp is that Steel co. is intentionally not fulfilling its part of an obligation as per the contract agreed between both parties. The Steel co. was agreed to provide 10% discount for the Manufacturing Corp to buy rolled steel exclusively from Steel co. But Steel co. did not show its intention that the discount only be valid until Manufacturing Corp buying a large quantity of rolled steel. Steel co. must show its intention to provide a discount to Manufacturing corp that the discount is only valid on large quantities, but here steel co. is dominating the manufacturing corp by refusing the discount and refusing to sheep the steel. The manufacturing corp has fulfilled its promise as per the contract term that the manufacturing corp has already been paid to Steel co. the whole amount as per the contract term but still Steep Co. is demanding 10% more from manufacturing corp. Therefore, steel co. has an obligation to provide steel to Manufacturing with 10% discount whether the quantity of steel is less or more, if Steel company fails to provide discount which was agreed in the contract term then it would be considered as Breach of contract by Steel co. the whole amount as per the contract term but still Steep Co. is demanding 10% more from manufacturing corp.
