My assignment is a report where I have to analyze a Government Financial Performance with focusing on one department (Fiji Roads Authority). The extract shows the 21% variance but I don't really get how are we supposed to address it, like what will be done with that 21% variance or generally like if it is favorable or unfavorable then what will be its effects and all.
