My assignment is to perform a financial assessment using Yahoo Finance statements.

I was given an excel spreadsheet to fill in with formulas. I got all completed but outstanding shares. How do I find the outstanding shares for JNJ from Yahoo finance if it DOES NOT state outstanding shares on the income statement? Therefore, I am assuming I have to calculate something to get the outstanding shares. Can anyone help, please? Thank you!
