My Best Manager

1. Working alone, make a list of the behaviours and attributes that describes the best leader you have ever been exposed to. This can include a boss, manager, teacher, fellow student, or someone else you consider an excellent leader.

If you have trouble identifying an actual manager or have never had a job...describe what behaviours or attributes you would like to see.

1. Next, share your ideas with a partner and come up with a master list. As a class, we will define the attributes of the ultimate boss.
