My early childhood program has recently reopened after the COVID-19 pandemic. While everyone is happy to be back, I can tell my teachers have been, and still are, very stressed. I understand that the teachers' stress has the potential to impact the students in their classes. I have a staff meeting coming up, and I would like to discuss ways my teachers can manage their stress.
