My experience has been very positive in the healthcare setting when it comes to organizational culture. Our positive culture encourages teamwork and collaboration, which has led to improved patient care. When healthcare professionals work together effectively, we can provide more comprehensive and efficient care. Also our culture has lead to increased job satisfaction among employees. Our annual employee's surveys are one of the highest in the corporation. I enjoy that we foster an environment of innovation. This has lead to the development improving patient outcomes. In my department alone the culture has led us to increased efficiency.
