My experience in leadership roles have changed over the time as the industry is every evolving and different generations of the work force also evolves. With that said with my leadership style of being a transformational leadership has held up over the time. I have always worked with subordinates to identify needed change, creating a vision to guide the change through inspiration, and executing the change in tandem with committed members of a group. In the field of healthcare I feel it is key to be in tuned with our frontline staff and have them be part of the process of improvement and process change.
