My experience of addressing weaknesses and threats help me identified and understand the areas that I need to improve in my professional life. The experience from the SWOT analysis will enable me to minimize weaknesses and limit threats in the future. As the saying goes, "practice makes perfect", I will commit myself to practice often and eventually I will overcome these challenges. Moreover, the understanding and experience from the SWOT analysis, will help me identity both internal and external threats and how to mitigate their effects. Furthermore, I will continue to expand and build on my strengths, as well as seizing new opportunities, especially keeping up with technology and growing professional networks. This will help me become an assertive and a better leader or manager. Besides, SWOT analysis helps me in terms of making informed decisions. For example, as a business Manager, I will be able to know and understand the business environment and the competitors, and how to success in a competitive environment
