My first question when reading this case study is why did Ed question the new managers plan to accept the order immediately. My first thought is that there is a stroage issue and perhaps a temperature control problem in the fridge that would make it better to accept te food closer to dinner time to avoid spoiling or storage issues. The case study doesn;t explicitly call out any particular issue with Ed acceptig the order now, but his hesitance to do so or his questioning of that decisions leads me to believe that the new manager is not familiar with the kitchen space
