My formula is not working for my whole list of data. It is only giving me employee bonuses for employees with ratings of 1 and 2. Why not 3, 4, or 5? What am I doing wrong?

=IF(F2=5,VLOOKUP($M$2,the,2,FALSE),IF(OR(F2=3,F2=4),VLOOKUP($M$3,the,2,FALSE)*G2,$N$4*G2))

The bonus should be shown as currency format according to the following conditions: If the employees performance rating is 5, use the percentage associated with Bonus 1 to calculate the bonus. If the performance rating is 3 or 4, bonuses should be calculated based on the percentage associated with Bonus 2. Otherwise, bonuses should be calculated based on the percentage associated with Bonus 3. Place the calculation results in the column labeled Bonus Dollars (column I). Auto-fill this formula down for all employees.
