My Grandfather has a Visa to the US can I apply for him to come to the USA to visit? He has been here in the USA before and wants to come again. I think his visa expires next year in 2022? This is more of a law question. As his grandson what would I have to file to have him visit USA again or does my parents have to apply if so what? Also since my mom passed while back would my dad be able to apply if I am not eligible to apply for him? Also what paperworks are required to be filed? Thank.
