My is out of the country and I am assuming her responsivities. In this role I am responsible for over 40 people. I have to be available to help them with any situaons that they may encounter and answer any questions that they may have. In addition I have to consolidate a huge report and distribute to the team for them to complete their work. I will be meeting with each team member as required to assist them with any issues that may arise. I will take the teams input and consolidate it for upper management.
