My key takeaways from this course are the growth in communication, organization, and leadership skills that I observed in myself. Prior to starting this course I was (and I still am) an introvert, however, I know that I'm able to put myself out there and openly and effectively communicate with others if I push myself to do it. I implemented a time management skill that worked really well for me and I'm more than likely going to continue using it. I created a planner for this project and split the project into smaller tasks, which was really helpful in both completing the project on time and feeling less overwhelmed when looking at the "big picture."
