My main issues are calculating the three blank yellow boxes. I am not sure how to create the correct formulas.

I understand the break even point is when the cumulative net cash flow is greater than or equal to the total development cost, but I am not sure how to calculate that properly into the formula because it only says "true", not specifying how many years. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
