My manager gets along with one of our supervisors very well because he thinks they are so similar and he believes every word he says because he just like him and they have a bond together I am his assistant and I don't feel that trust and communication from him because he thinks I don't understand everything and we don't have a lot in common to talk about because we are not similar and we like different stuff. what kind of unconscious bias is that?
