My name is Michelle Panchana. This is my first semester, and I will love to keep going and learn from everyone. I am the WH HR Generalist of Fragrancenet. I love my job, and this is the reason why I started this new journal. My major is HR Management since I would like to provide my company with more efficient knowledge. I picked this class in my first semester because I want to get a better understanding of finance. Our WH manager handle all the finance decisions for the employees' benefits, and I wish to collaborate him more. I am so eager to learn and hope everyone have a good semester. Best
