My natural style is South - Empathy. However, I do think my preferred style is North - Action. I think naturally I am a mixture of both South and North. I want to be more action-based and not always empathic to work with. My least preferred style is East - Vision. Vision is hard for me to see. I struggle to be able to work professionally by just focusing on the vision of a project. I like to know some things in the vision category, but it is really my least preferred style. What are the advantages and disadvantages of these styles, and how to integrate other styles to balance?
