My new business makes different types of fish food. Some of the fish food is supplied by management in the business and the additional fish food is bought through third parties and re-sold via the web. I have plans to distribute on the web only without physical buildings. My goal is to get a thirty percent revenue per unit I sell. Distribution charges will go by the weight and measurement of the parcel in addition to five dollars for handling.
For my business to become functional, I'm working with a consultancy to create website and processes. I will set up production processes that will line up with the e-shopping processes. At this point, the consultancy haven't provided a drawn-out plan. I hired them to make an initial budget.
