There is a thirty day check in where the store manager asks questions, but many new trainees may be subconsciously intimidated into giving positive responses so the effectiveness of this evaluation is minimal. All other evaluation is based on trainer behavior. Are they applying the knowledge they learned? Are they doing the task effectively? If the employee is failing to succeed, we then evaluate whether or not the training was sufficient. However, this process is typically half hearted as no more training hours can be allocated in the system after the initial allotment
