For the purpose of this discussion I will focus on choosing a consolidated shipping facility/off site warehouse my organization. Factors that should be considered in choosing this site location for my orgniazation would include: Location of Suppliers Mine site locations Cost of real estate Location in relation to terminals (railroads and airports)
