My question is has your job allowed you the opportunity to either work the hybrid schedule or full-time remote work schedule? Would you rather work the hybrid schedule, or full-time remote work? During the pandemic like me, a lot of companies adopted the hybrid schedule which then for some turned into a full-time remote job. The full-time remote job creates a more unbalanced work-life for many that continuously struggle with the schedule. There are many pros and cons with these work schedules that many companies have adopted since 2020
